Truth or Lies

" To be honest with you" why do people say this? does this mean they are lying to you all the other times? i know people say they want to hear the truth but do they really. the old saying truth from the mouths of babe{babies}. you see children will always tell the truth until they are taught not to. parents say; that's not nice' you shouldn't say that, that was mean. have you ever had your friend ask you to tell them the truth and you lied not to hurt thier feelings? i know guys we feel we have to lie about how our wives/girlfriends look on certain occasions. how does this look on me? we lie because if we want to get a little something we had better right? girls you to think you must lie to get what you want, yeah sweetie you can watch the game, you can hang out with the boys etc etc. why must we do this. if we care about each other than dang it tell the truth. i have developed this philosophy of " dont ask me a question if you dont want to hear the truth" it has hurt some peoples feelings and almost gotten me hurt but it what i do. i am truly honest all the time heck no i am no fool!! i just bend the truth so it doesn't hurt me so much :) i try to but you can read the person to see if they really want to know the truth. the truth can be told you just have to put a little spin on it so it seems as a positive rather than a negative. try it and see how it works out.

Truth shall set you free
Truth will get you hurt
Lying will get you something special for awhile
Lying will get you killed

I am back

It has been many years since I have poated anything. So much has happened as you well know> i wish I had thre time to tell you everything but neither you or I have the time to read it all. I just want to say that if you are reading this I thank you and you are oart of my story. I will try to get back to doing at least weekly posts or as before when the moments happen. Life hasn't slowed down with life issues bur i feel some of the thinhs have made me more wiser and some seemed to hinder my growth. More to come Rev Smitty
